4. AI & Automation Disclosure

5. Call Recording & Monitoring

Phone calls may be recorded and/or transcribed where legally permitted for purposes including quality assurance, training, compliance, analytics, and service improvement. By continuing a call with us or our AI systems, you consent to such recording and transcription.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us for services during the three (3) months preceding the claim.
